- Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days for purchases only. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Tokens gained from Verte events are not transferable to any stock other than Verte products, or in store credit, regardless of where the event is taking place.
- Verte tokens expire one year from the date of being added to your online account. Beyond this time, the tokens are no longer redeemable at our events and will be deleted. To ensure your tokens do not expire, please sign up to app.verte.london
- If you do not have an online account with Verte London Limited, tokens are not transferrable to other events and can only be spent at the event in which the tokens were initially gained.
- Verte reserve the right to remove tokens from accounts if online accounts have not been set up within a timely manner following the first event the customer attended.
- Please note that once items are donated in to the swap shop, the ownership of the stock transfers to Verte or the swap shop and cannot be taken back unless redeemed for tokens and still available.
- By purchasing a ticket online, sharing your email via associated booking platforms, or completing the sign up form on our website, you are signing up to receive marketing emails from Verte London Limited. Should you wish to opt-out, you can do so at any time via unsubscribing through said emails.
- By signing up to Verte marketing, your details will be shared with any partners Verte are collaborating with as part of the event. Please note, this does not affect your privacy rights and data will be stored and handled in line with GDPR.
- There is a strict 1-hour limit for shopping during the course of any event on a single day. Over this time allocation, Verte staff reserve the right to ask you to leave. You are welcome to return on an alternative day in line with specific event ticket restrictions and allowances.
- Verte have the right to refuse to serve or allow entry to anyone thought to be acting inappropriately at their events. Should such behaviour occur, Verte has the right to void any outstanding tokens remaining on the offenders account and ban attendance to future events. Inappropriate behaviour includes but is not limited to; use of foul language, bad treatment of staff or other customers, refusing to accept Verte decisions in regards to quality of clothes or token values, stealing, hoarding of items, swapping token values over or moving signage amongst items.
